Brentford head coach Thomas Frank has sympathised with Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash at Old Trafford, insisting the criticism the Dutchman has faced is "too much".

"As a head coach, I acknowledge how it feels to be in a situation like this. I think is too much.
"It's never only the head coach, or the players, or the fans, or the board - it's a combination of all of these things."
