'Catfish' scam artist Shannon Lee targeted victims online
Shannon Lee, 21, contacted victims through the controversial sugar daddy dating website SeekingArrangement.She lured her victims on the Las Vegas-based site into sex chats, an internet con known as ‘catfishing’.
