Freddie Flintoff and James Haskell have a long-standing feud that began with a brutal TV fight, but the pair now 'ignore' each other when they cross paths
It's not the most expected of sporting rivalries, but there's definitely no love lost between Freddie Flintoff and James Haskell . In fairness, Haskell, the former England flanker, perhaps isn't everyone's favourite person in the rugby world. Former England cricketer and now BBC presenter, Freddie, seems to be part of that group.
James was invited back onto the show in 2016 to "settle the beef" with Freddie through a pillow fight. However, according to James, Freddie suggested they "make it look like a scrap". James reached out to Freddie after their on-screen clash, saying, "I had messaged Freddie after the show to say thank you again and for him to keep smashing it."
Despite the online backlash, with comments like, "You're a c***," and "You got beaten up by Flintoff," James maintains: "I still hear about it today, with trolls saying, 'You're a c***,' and 'You got beaten up by Flintoff,' when the reality is, I'm not, I didn't and I wouldn't."
