FRENCH eurosceptic Florian Philippot on Thursday accused lawmakers and the European Union of seeking to frustrate the will of the people, after the political opposition threatened to thwart Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s plan to prorogue Parliament for more than a month before Brexit.
