And as with so many great business ideas, the thing that drove Lévy-Cohen to launch the company was her own needs as a customer, longing for a beauty retail experience that simply didn’t exist. “When I launched Oh My Cream I was very much frustrated by the lack of results from the brands I was using back then, the lack of expertise of the consultants in-store, the lack of transparency in the industry, the lack of modernity of the beauty retailers and department stores,” she explains.
