The 18-year-old driver and his two passengers, both 19 year old boys, were found dead by emergency crews. Two other passengers, also male, were rushed to hospital. One remains in hospital with injuries that are described as life-threatening. The other has injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.

Tributes flooded social media, following the tragic crash. Residents expressed their 'heartbreak' at their passing and respect for the emergency service crews who attended the scene.
