While all eyes were on the Formula One track for qualifying at the Monaco Grand Prix this weekend, the real action was unfolding in the water during a dangerous incident inside the famous billionaires’ row. An empty powerboat boat inside the dock, also referred to as the billionaires’ playground, malfunctioned and smashed into a stationary yacht and another small dingy in the area.
Boat loses control during qualifying at Monaco GP. The rogue boat then mounted the docking jetty and narrowly missed people walking through. The yacht that was part of the collateral damage was full of people partying. Debris from the wild collision sprayed out in different directions before the moving boat made an acrobatic stop to balance perfectly on the narrow strip of jetty. Footage of the crazy moment has gone viral on social media, with fans relieved no one was hurt.
