Wanted woman slams police for using ‘trailer trash’ mugshot in Facebook comments after alleged robbery arrest
AN Aussie woman wanted by police has hit out at cops over the mugshot they used on a Facebook post seeking help to track her down.
Tiffany Anne Brislane, 23, is wanted in Newcastle, Australia, accused of stealing - but took issue with the "trailer trash" snap police used of her.Cops were quick to comment backIn the picture, taken in 2015, a rather distressed young woman can be seen with her hair in a messy bun.Posted to the Newcastle City Police District Facebook page, the rather unfortunate mug shot was also captioned: "We ask the community for information relating to her whereabouts only.
One person, who appeared to know Brislane personally wrote on the post: "No one knows what happened the day of this photo and if they knew half of the reasons for it and if they did they would be disgusted in their comments [sic]".
