MJH Accountants raised the funds during an almost two-year partnership with the centre that began in January 2023 after a family member of one of their team was diagnosed with the disease.
Practice founder and CEO Mark Hall said: “As a company, we believe in supporting our community by fundraising for local charities. This cause was especially close to our hearts as a family member of one of our team was diagnosed with MND in 2022. The centre also participates in a number of multicentre and multinational research studies, including drug trials. It’s one of the country’s 23 national MND centres.
“The efforts of MJH accountancy team will undoubtedly make a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of patients and families affected by MND, offering them much-needed hope and assistance”.Sign up below to receive Blog Preston's email newsletter.
