Tragic Phoenix Spencer-Horn was found dead at a property in Glen Lee, St Leonards, earlier this week.
Phoenix Spencer-Horn's body was found at the Glen Lee property in the St Leonard's area of the town on Monday November 18.
Her school friend Grace McCabe said: "I had a hard time at the end of school and she consistently reached out, was my friend and supported me through the hardest time. Ciara Dixon said: "I am absolutely speechless, Phe you did not deserve this, how can this world be so cruel! Rip angel. Friendship I will never forget x."
