Per Deadline, as of Saturday, Furiosa is projected to end its opening weekend with a domestic gross somewhere between $31 and $33 million. Considering the fact that Garfield's Saturday projections show it landing between $30 and $32 million by the end of the holiday weekend, it's possible that either movie could take the top spot by the time Memorial Day is over.
