A furious German pensioner reportedly left his daughter seriously injured after shooting her with a WW2-era pistol after she asked him to move into a care home.
According to a Bild report, Wilhelm's daughter had visited him daily until the day of the crime after he suffered a broken neck in the summer before discharging himself from hospital. Following the shooting, a SWAT team cordoned off a large section of the residential area and arrested the elderly man Nesrin Oecal, a spokeswoman for the Dortmund Regional Court said: 'According to the prosecution, there were repeated arguments between the two because of this issue.
