Kell Brook has broken his silence after Amir Khan tested positive for a banned substance
in the sixth round of their fight in February 2022, and he has now been punished by the UK Anti-Doping agency.
An independent tribunal accepted this for a variety of reasons mainly centring around the fact that Khan had a ‘very small’ amount of ostarine in his system and tested negative on February 12, 2022, just a week prior to his positive test on fight night.However, Khan has since been given a ban and an angry Brook took a dim view of the former’s defence.“I’m disgusted about it.
“You know it’s in your system, you’ve gone in there to have bad intentions to hurt me bad, to win the fight at all costs which has come back and bit him in the a*** bad.”
