Residents living in a Salford apartment complex say they’re facing a new problem – homeless people sleeping and urinating in their bin area.
The apartment complex, just off Adelphi Street, comprises three separate buildings – Adelphi Wharf 1, Adelphi Wharf 2 and Adelphi Wharf 3. “Obviously I was absolutely appalled; it’s abhorrent behaviour. I confronted them while filming for my own protection and was met with aggression and verbal abuse.
Another Adelphi Wharf 2 resident, 28, claims he also stumbled upon several homeless people sleeping in the same refuse area.
