Joe history, as one of the franchise’s strangest villains makes his official debut in the pages of Cobra Commander.
Zander, the brother of Zarana and Dreadnok leader Zartan, winds up rescuing Cobra Commander from the Energon-infested alligators of the swamp. The Commander finds himself taken prisoner by the gang, away from the mysterious bodyguard who was assigned to protect him when he left Cobra-La. Now, after much speculation, Cobra Commander’s bodyguard is revealed to be the Nemesis Enforcer.
Fans learn the secret in an impressive double-page splash, when the bodyguard tears his skin away to reveal his spiky, winged form beneath. Now that readers know he is in fact the Nemesis Enforcer, the supernatural powers the character displayed in the previous issue make a lot more sense. The Enforcer wastes no time in laying waste to the Dreadnoks as Cobra Commander watches on.
