Nakipagdayalogo kamakailan si Games and Amusements Board (GAB) Chairman Atty. Richard Clarin kina Negros Occidental Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer at Bacolod City Administrator Atty. Pacifico “Boyet” Maghari III kaugnay sa pagsusulong ng professional sports sa Province of Negros Occidental at Bacolod City.

Kaugnay pa rin ito sa 3xPRO advocacy ni Clarin na promote, professionalize, at protect ang Philippine professional sports.

Nakahanda si GAB Chairman Clarin na makipagtulungan sa mga Local Go­vernment Units para matiyak ang tamang implementasyon ng mga batas na nakakasaklaw sa professional sports at amusement games.
