Gabby Logan has opened up about a period of "self-destruction" where she surrounded herself with men who "didn't want the best" for her following a traumatic loss in her life.
During a candid conversation with Matt Willis on his podcast On The Mend, the former Welsh international gymnast and BBC Sport presenter said: "After my first year of exams in the summer, I had a sort of mini collapse I think. I had to start facing up to grief." Gabby reflected on her personal life during those tumultuous times, specifically her connection with certain individuals: "It was more my choice of men that was quite destructive. Not choosing to be with people who were good for me at all, but people who did not want the best for me, and that was weird. When I look back now I think 'why would I do' but that's this person saying that.
