BBC Olympic presenter Gabby Logan has shared an update on her health after opening up about experiencing 'brain fog' due to perimenopause, which she has spoken about in the past.
Gabby Logan has opened up about her health struggles after she found herself grappling with a condition that impacted her ability to "find the right word at the right time".
The broadcaster expressed a sense of relief upon identifying the cause behind her memory lapses. She now keeps a piece of paper on set to jot things down. "Then, when I realised it was a symptom of perimenopause, it was actually a relief, like it normally is when you realise something is part of a process and you can do something about it."
