The Gaelic Writers’ Association annual awards dinner took place at the Iveagh Gardens on Harcourt Street on Friday night. Dublin duo James McCarthy and Hannah Tyrrell, Cork ’s Amy O’Connor and Clare’s Shane O’Donnell were honoured as Personality of the Year for their respective codes.
