GameOfThrones actor who plays Tormund is unrecognisable without his signature beard
TORMUND Giantsbane has quickly emerged into one of our favourite Game of Thrones characters – but you won’t recognise him without his iconic beard.
The wildling has grown from bit-part to major player thanks to his bromance with Jon Snow and obsession with Brienne of Tarth.
The Norwegian star, 40, who has appeared in films including The Thing and Force Majeure, hasn’t always had a gloriously unruly beard – and it’s really thrown some fans.Another said: “Tormund is definitely one of my favourite characters but have you seen him without a beard?” followed by a shocked face emoji.
