Gardeners' World presenter Adam Frost was left feeling emotional as he opened up about his life-long illness on the latest episode of the hit BBC show, Morning Live.
Gardners' World's Adam Frost has shared his personal battle with a life-long illness, revealing that he has been living with Fibromyalgia for two decades. The condition, which is chronic and causes pain and tenderness throughout the body, has been a part of his life for a long time.
He also described the exhaustion that came with the condition: "On top of that, I wasn't sleeping very well. I'd go to work and come home, exhausted. For almost two years, I was sent from pillar to post as doctors struggled to identify what was causing me to be so unwell." "It's often characterized as widespread pain, fatigue, and brain fog, but symptoms are changeable and can sometimes be mistaken for other conditions, which makes it a challenge to diagnose."
