The new Salop gaffer has a huge job on his hands to keep Town in League One with 31 matches of the season remaining. "There's definitely match winners here," the 51-year-old said at his unveiling to the press on Thursday afternoon."I wouldn't be saying stupid things if I said we've leaked too many goals because undoubtedly we have. And the stats will say that.
"But there's little detail in why that happens, and I think my job as a football manager is to put together all these small details, and then the by-product is what you see on a Saturday, the performance on a Saturday.
