His choice to sport an Al-Ittihad kit was surprising, especially considering his idol Ronaldo plays for rival side Al Nassr.
Another supporter joked that Garnacho had confused Al-Ittihad with Ronaldo's club: "He must think that’s an Al Nassr jersey huh." A fifth fan also felt sympathy for Ronaldo, writing: "Not even wearing his idol's shirt." Meanwhile, one person simply complimented the forward on his fashion choice, saying: "Looks good on him though."
