The celebrated horror author is coming back to Glasgow new Incarcerat book tour
The UK's answer to Stephen King, Garth Marenghi, has announced a new tour for his latest horror novel, Incarcerat.
The renowned horror author, famous for his spine-chilling works, will be returning to Glasgow with the follow-up to his bestseller, Terrortome, this autumn. The story focuses on Garth's alter ego Nick Steen abducted and imprisoned at Nulltec, a shadowy technological research facility ‘with excellent conference parking’ that sees a team of scientific experts led by Dr Barbara Nullman and other potentially fully-rounded characters determined to probe and "nullify" his escaping imagination.
Debuting at the Edinburgh Fringe in the early 2000s, Garth Marenghi started life as a stage show co-starring Richard Ayoade and Alice Lowe and went on to become a cult Channel 4 show, which also starred Matt Berry. Tickets for the Incarcerat tour go on sale at 10 am on Friday from Live Nation. Signed copies of Incarcerat are available from Waterstones now.
