The Princess of Wales' uncle has previously shared what the royal couple are like in 'unguarded moments'.
Gary Goldsmith may have been the first to be voted off Celebrity Big Brother, but his short stint will be remembered by his comments about the royal family.
The remarks came after Harry and Meghan's bombshell Netflix documentary. One of series' notable moments comes when Harry suggests that many men in the royal family marry women "who fit the mould" rather than opting for unions that have developed organically. He noted a "tell tale" sign he believed meant they were genuinely compatible: "They are very comfortable with each other and they tease each other, which I think is a great tell tale that people get on – when they can have fun at each other's expense. It's done in a very tongue in cheek, very loving way. Touchy feely. It's a very natural relationship."
It was then that Gary jumped to her rescue. He allowed Kate and siblings her Pippa and James to take a holiday retreat at his villa in Ibiza to escape the intense press attention surrounding their split. The young couple reunited the next month, and eventually went on to marry in 2011.
