Ipswich Town are looking to pip Leeds United to automatic promotion and play Coventry City in their game in hand tonight
Whatever happens at the Coventry Building Society Arena tonight, Leeds United are guaranteed to enter the final day of the campaign with something to play for. The Whites produced their worst performance of the season at Queens Park Rangers last Friday to hand the initiative to promotion rivals Ipswich Town.
Only second spot is still up for grabs, with Leicester City wrapping up the title after strolling to a 3-0 win at Preston North End yesterday. Gary Lineker and Micah Richards have backed Ipswich to finish second.Speaking on the latest episode of 'The Rest Is Football' podcast, Lineker said: "I feel a bit for Leeds fans because I know what it’s been like for Leicester. You have to get back in the Premier League and Ipswich are now favourites to do that.
