Man United are refusing to rule out the prospect of strengthening their midfield options further ahead of the transfer window closing.
Former Manchester United captain Gary Neville has welcomed the prospect of the club signing Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat ahead of the end of this summer's transfer window.
Casemiro was isolated far too often and Wolves crafted many opportunities by coasting through the heart of United's midfield. That concerned Neville and he believes someone of Amrabat's capabilities would not go amiss for Erik ten Hag's side. "Amrabat coming in, he is a passer of the ball and can sit in there alongside Casemiro. Casemiro got absolutely torn to shreds tonight. United's midfield were non-existent and they were absolutely ripped apart.
