Gary Neville ’s company has announced the latest big name to move into its huge new office development in Manchester city centre.
No. 1 St Michael’s, an under-construction office block in the development, has seen a flurry of new leases signed in the past few months. Now, the latest big name has been confirmed.Channel 4 says it will lease half-a-floor of the building, with its existing commercial team based set to move in. “Concluding the office lettings has seen us break the city’s rental record no less than three times which is a huge achievement. We’re now focused on final negotiations for the remaining food and beverage unit which will see us reach fully let status.”
