Gary Neville has ripped up the script on Scott McTominay at Manchester United, saying Erik Ten Hag would do anything but use the Scotland star.
And the 26-year-old, whose performances for Steve Clarke's side have consistently impressed Scotland fans, looks set to be culled from Ten Hag's squad this summer with Newcastle United said to retain an interest. Meanwhile a £30million move to West Ham seemed to fall through this month for the big midfielder. Yet Neville observed that the United boss was doing everything BUT sub McTominay on and reckons he's seen enough to convince him he won't be a part of his plans.
Neville returned to the subject after United went 2-0 down, saying: "He's probably not good enough on the ball to be a Man United player but would at least make a difference in this game."
