DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian led the payout activities for emergency shelter assistance (ESA) for disaster victims and the social pension program for indigent senior citizens in Siargao Island on Wednesday, Feb. 8.

Department of Social Welfare and Development Secretary Rex Gatchalian led the distribution of emergency shelter assistance to families affected by typhoon Odette in the ceremonial payout of assistance in the municipality of General Luna, Surigao Del Norte on February 8, 2023.
