The UK's intelligence agency has released its annual Christmas puzzle - do you have the brains to take on the challenge?
GCHQ has launched its 2024 Christmas brainteaser, encouraging both kids and adults to think about a career in cybersecurity. The puzzle from the intelligence agency, also called the Government Communications Headquarters, arrived this morning in the form of its traditional Christmas card.
According to the agency, combining the names of these landmarks with the cryptic cover will reveal a secret message. For those seeking an extra challenge, there are additional hidden elements within the code that open up three more puzzles. "The puzzles are aimed at teenagers and young people, but everyone is encouraged to give them a try - they might surprise you. The Challenge has been designed for a mix of minds to solve, so is best tackled in groups of classmates, families or friends. Whether you have an analytical mind, a creative brain or prefer engineering, there's something for everyone."
