Grade boundaries will be released for several exam boards
Teenagers across the UK will be receiving their GCSE grades tomorrow. School pupils will discover what they have achieved after two years of hard work. The vast majority of students taking GCSEs in England will receive grades from 9 to 1 - with 9 being the highest grade. Grade 4 is equivalent to a C with Grade 9 equivalent to an A*. Schools ’ GCSE performances are judged partly on the number of pupils achieving Grade 5 or above, which is considered a ‘strong pass’.
Grade boundaries are decided after GCSE exams are marked and are usually released on results day. You can find the links to the pages that will have the grade boundaries below.
