Geek Retreat Preston forced to close 'for the foreseeable' after suffering months of mindless vandalism
A gaming store in Preston has been forced to board up its doors and windows after falling victim to countless vandalism acts.
The store is located on Friargate stands opposite the Harris Museum. The prominent spot has helped the business to generate footfall, but it has sadly also led to it becoming a target for anti social behaviour. It continues: "We have therefore taken the difficult decision to close this store until we can reopen in the future, in a safer location. We would like to thank every one of you for your kindness, support and great times. Stay safe and we'll be in touch soon."
"Although we have been working tirelessly through the early hours of this morning to deal with the damage, we sadly won't be open until further notice."
