Gemma Atkinson has been defended by fans after she declared: "I'm back!' at her home gym.
In her latest post, however, Gemma was seen at her Greater Manchester home where she and dancer Gorka have built their own gym. She could be seen working up a sweat while doing weighted lunges, burpees and jump squats among other exercises. And her fans and followers were quick to respond with praise. @kaydean1282 said: "'40 mins a few times a week beats being uncomfortable in your body your whole life…….' These words are golden and exactly what I needed to hear today."
