Gemma Atkinson has once again kept it real with her fans and followers who regular follow her updates when it comes to her career and personal life. Fans of the Hits Radio host will likely know she's into her fitness and has recently been documenting her 12 week programme as she headed back to her personal trainer several months after welcoming her second child.

But while her time with 'Evil Steve' may be over for now, Gemma hasn't given up on her fitness and on Monday morning she proved it isn't always as easy as her fans and followers may think. She continued: "One day last week I tried to do it when Tio took his nap around 11am but he woke up after 15 mins. 5am to 7am is the only time I know I have more than 40 mins so it has to be done then."
