Gemma Collins and her boyfriend Rami Hawash spent £1450 at Salt Bae's restaurant where they dined on a Golden Giant Tomahawk – a cut of steak coated in 24 carat gold leaf.
Gemma Collins has admitted that she felt so guilty after spending £1,450 on a gold-covered steak at Salt Bae's restaurant that she has donated her bras to charity.
And despite admitting that it was a "one in a lifetime opportunity", the 40 year old expressed that she "started to feel bad the next day" after realising "there are people starving in the world". Gemma continued: "But I started to feel really bad the next day because I was like, 'Oh my gosh, there are people starving in the world.'
