OK! takes a look back at Gemma Collins incredible year of health, fitness and love as she turns 41
It has been over a decade since Gemma Collins soared to fame on the hugely successful reality series, The Only Way Is Essex.
Gemma has also been cheered on while prioritising her health and fitness over the year, which has led to an impressive three and a half stone weight loss.Gemma recently revealed she was back on her health and fitness kick since the New Year began.However, she spent most of 2021 getting up early for her workouts and eating clean.
Now keeping up with her efforts, Gemma is on a new meal plan with Muscle Foods and ensuring to go on idyllic daily walks alongside her intense gym workouts. Following the breakdown of Rami's marriage and Gemma's split from James, the pair rekindled their romance early last year and are now engaged once again.
She said on her podcast recently: "I found the love of my life, I'm definitely ready to have a baby now, Amy Childs bless her – she knows everything about having kids. Nonetheless, Gemma has been getting plenty of practice looking after children as a doting stepmother to Rami's four year old son Tristan.
