Pero maaari siyang magtagal sa posisyon kung nanaisin ng pangulo gaya nang nangyari kay Acorda, na unang itinalagang PNP chief noong April 2023. “Let us ensure that the PNP will be agents of progressive transformation in the lives of our people by ensuring the safety and well-being of every community in the land,” ani Marcos.
“We will continue to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and give the finest service to our beloved citizens,” Marcos said.Sa talumpati naman ni Marbil, sinabi nito na itutuon niya ang kaniyang pansin sa kalidad ng kaniyang pamumuno, paglaban sa local at transnational crimes, at mapataas ang tiwala ng publiko sa kapulisan.
