Georginio Rutter says his Leeds United team-mates are ready for the challenge of the Championship season, having put the heartache of their play-off final defeat firmly behind them.
The 22-year-old will be a key man for Farke this season, especially now Summerville has left for West Ham, but his form bodes well for the new campaign. Rutter knows the spirit inside the camp is a positive one, and feels the hard work they have put in during the summer will pay off once the action gets under way for real.
"Pre-season is important - we have to be focused and concentrate for the Championship because it is coming soon. When we play like this in pre-season I think we are ready for the Chanmpionship . . . so let's go. We have to be ready. We train harder for a month now and play games like to be ready for Portsmouth.
