To celebrate National Fragrance Week, shoppers can get their hands on Anne Summers’ range of viral pheromone-infused perfumes for £5 in the brand’s two for £10 deal
This year’s National Fragrance Week runs from 18-24 March 2024 in the UK, and is all about celebrating everything there is to love about perfume, from the everyday to the unsuual. Although some of our favourite beauty retailers have been discounting their regular fragrances in honor of the week, one type of has been trending on TikTok – pheromone perfumes.
The body mists come in 10ml bottles that are the perfect size for fitting into your handbag or pocket, ready to spritz at a moment's notice. If you’re unfamiliar with pheromone perfumes, they’re just like a regular fragrance, except they contain a synthetic version of natural pheromones – the chemical that’s said to affect human attraction.
The Aurora Gold Purse Spray, £6 here, is also a top-reviewed scent, and has bright, zesty citrus notes of refreshing green mandarin and ginger flower, offset by deeper notes of vanilla, sandalwood and ambergris. There are also plenty of other perfumes available with a variety of fruity, floral, sweet and sensual scents.
