As the new season nears, it’s time to get reacquainted with Mike McCarthy’s coaching staff.

This season will be McCarthy’s fifth at the helm in Dallas, and his second as the team’s offensive play caller. Wells joined McCarthy’s staff in 2020 and helped Dalton Schultz post career highs in catches, receiving yards and touchdowns the following season. Prior to his Dallas stint, Wells had worked with the New York Giants in various roles for eight seasons.after working with the Seahawks’ offensive line from 2018-21. Solari had worked with McCarthy on two separate occasions before the duo teamed up in Dallas.
Prince worked in the same role with Houston in 2021. He served the same job from 2014-20 with the Detroit Lions, in 2009 with the Seahawks and from 2007-08 with the Jaguars.
