Friday will start warm with light patchy fog then becoming sunny with a nice breeze. Afternoon highs will be cooler than Thursday’s 86 degrees. The trend through the weekend will be upper 70s to low 80s inland, 70s along our beaches. The wind on Friday will be from the southeast at 10 - 15 mph. The weekend outlook: Get ready for a steady onshore breeze, cooler temperatures and partly cloudy skies. The forecast remains dry aside from a few coastal showers, 10 percent. Morning lows will be warm for the season, but afternoon highs remain on track for late April.
Sneeze Hazards: Pollen count remains elevated and now Hickory has joined the trees trying to make you sneeze. Trees - High. Grass - None. Weeds - Low. If you are heading to the Opening of the Beaches or any of our local surf breaks, be careful as the Risk of Rip Currents will be high through the weekend due to the increasing onshore wind from the east-southeast at 15-20 mph and stronger gusts.
