Summary Ghosts will introduce a new non-spirit character in season 4, uniquely positioned to develop a lacking Sam plot from two years ago. Rose McIver plays the central Ghosts character, who runs a bed and breakfast called Woodstone B&B with her husband Utkarsh Ambudkar's Jay. The couple run their business out of a historic mansion Sam inherited from a distant relative.
