Tamzin Hall, from Wellington, was hit on the motorway between Bridgwater and Taunton in Somerset on Monday night.
A teenage girl who was killed after being struck by a car while escaping a police car on the M5 has been named.
In an update on Thursday, a spokesman for the force said: 'The formal identification process has been completed this afternoon following the death of a teenage girl in a collision on the M5 in Somerset earlier this week.' At the time of the crash, the police only said that the M5 was closed following a fatal collision between a 'pedestrian and a car' and neglected to mention she had fled their vehicle.

We will keep them fully updated as our investigation continues.'As soon as we were notified by Avon and Somerset Police, we sent our investigators to the police post incident procedure to begin gathering evidence.
Avon and Somerset Police said in a statement at the time that the teenager's next of kin had been informed and were being supported by a specially trained officer, adding: 'Our thoughts are with them.
