To her mother, Alisha Marie Hobman was ‘beautiful’ A 16-year-old girl who died in a car crash in Maidstone, Kent, yesterday has been named by loved ones as Alisha Marie Hobman. Alisha died after a white Toyota Hilux smashed into a road barrier on the A249 while travelling towards Sittingbourne at around 6.45pm. In a Facebook post sharing a police witness appeal, mum Cody Marie Hobman said her ‘princess’ is now ‘the most beautifuliest angel in the sky’. ‘My heart’s hurting,’ she wrote.
Alisha’s loved ones have described Alisha as ‘one in a million’ ‘My body’s numb,’ she said. Alisha’s aunt, Kellie Ponter, said her niece was ‘one in a million’ and someone who never lost her ‘sparkle’. ‘You have left the biggest hole in our hearts. Life will never be the same,’ she said in a Facebook post. ‘I’ll give anything to give you one last tickle of your arm! We love you, baby girl.
