Daily Record's Facebook pageA video appeared to show long queues again at the English airport. She added: "They checking everyone’s passport one by one, this was after security border force."
In a separate reply on X, formerly known as Twitter, the airport told a traveller: "Hi there, we’re sorry that you experienced a prolonged security queue. "Our security teams work hard to ensure the safety and security of all at Manchester Airport and carry out important checks set by the UK Government. Thank you for your patience and we hope you have a smooth onward journey."
