Steven Bell, who celebrated his birthday on the same day as he received his degree at Glasgow's Royal Concert Hall, decided to make the day a little extra special when he got down on one knee to propose.
A Glasgow army veteran has proposed to his partner of eight years following his university graduation ceremony.
