Glasgow celebrated 100 years since the introduction of buses to the city with a special parade through the streets today .

The initial route ran from Greendyke Street to Maryhill and started on December 8. To mark the important landmark a cavalcade of buses through the years started at Glasgow Green , made its way through the city centre and west end before finishing at Riverside Museum where the vehicles will go on display on the museum forecourt.
