A Glasgow childcare worker has been struck off after filming an upset girl in a toilet cubicle and posting it to Snapchat.
Ms Scott was found to have taken the video of the girl while she was inside a toilet cubicle and emotionally distressed. She threatened her, saying "‘I’ll report that to your mum" and used a countdown to try and get her out of the cubicle, saying "come out the toilet, one, two". They condemned her behaviour as "risking the emotional health" of the girl and "the reputation of your employer".
