The 39-year-old former Motherwell, Albion Rovers and Dumbarton goalie has a new role in the SWPL
Jamie Ewings has linked up with fellow East Kilbride star Lee Gibson after becoming the new goalkeeping coach at Scottish Women’s Premier League champions Glasgow City.
The 39-year-old is a UEFA ‘A’ Licence goalkeeping coach and brings a wealth of experience, having started his career at Motherwell in 2002 and had a spell in the League of Ireland with Drogheda United. “Hopefully I can have a positive influence not just on the first team goalkeepers but throughout the club as a whole, to try and continue to make this the best club in Scotland at producing goalkeeping talent within the women’s game.
